Cancellation Policy

To cancel of reschedule, please contact us at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellation policy For cancellations up to 72 hours before the booked date, no fees will be charged. For cancellations up to 48 hours before the booked date, we charge a fee totaling 50% of the booking value. For cancellations up to 24 hours before the booked date, we charge a full amount of the booking value. The cancellation fees will be charged to the mode of payment you provided. Cancellations must be made by phone call, text message or email, stating the name and the booked date.
